Goldibear, Gretzel, and the Three Little Wolves

There’s a place about a mile or so from here, up the hill through the woods and past the big pond with reeds all around. A little stone house, used to be pink but most the paint has peeled away, roof fell through and the garden is more like a jungle these days. Most folk know why

the house has fallen through a state of disrepair, but for the uninitiated allow me to introduce the story of Jack Peter and Jill Goldilocks, the Wolf and the Three Little Pig Bears. It all started when a wolf came along and blew away a straw house, leading the three pig bears to

run breathlessly to Hansel and Pretzel’s house, which was not only stocked with delicious food but, conveniently, made of reinforced concrete. When the wolf finally tracked them down he was so shocked to see the fortress that he didn’t notice the cannons turn toward him.
