My computer isn't working, I have no electricity, I have no food in my fridge, and somehow the neighbor managed to throw a party. What the hell is going on? Am I dreaming or did I die and am in hell?

In an attempt to find out what blasphemy was happening, I marched out of my house and made my way to his front door when I spotted an unusual device trailing from the back of his house to the back of my house. When I checked it out, I discovered he'd been stealing my electricity!

I made my way over.
*WHACK* My fist collided with his jaw with such force that he spun through the air before landing flat on his face.
"Who do you think you are, stealing my electricity?"
"W-wait. I'm building a time machine!"
I halted.
"Time machine?" I said, skeptical.
