Ciao everybody! And thank you for joining us as we explore strange sights in Tokyo. We’ve stumbled into a haunted Victorian Internet cafe! Where pale floating women in the most ornate gowns serve tea in vintage cups! How meravigliosa! Next episode we explore a nude anime garden!

The director said “CUT” and I sighed. I was in an entirely green room in Secaucus, NJ. Not only was I hosting a virtual travel show, half the locations we “visited” were completely fictional. I felt sorry for any viewers who tried to visit these locations.

"Now," the director said, "this next scene is going to be at a Scottish lake called Loch Lock. You're going to peer out over the dark waves...Tommy, turn on the fan to get a breeze in their hair...And...Action!" But I just couldn't gaze into that green screen anymore. I mumbled,

“Wazzibbidy wazibbidy doo!” And was instantly transported home, back to my fluffy oversized couch with my book about Scottish travel. Well, I thought, I guess I checked that box! I shelved the book and opened another.
