You sensed the grey-furred twins before she did.
Their aura brushed your awareness
protective, neutral, patient.
“Not here for you”
“Here for the cub”
You stayed in shadow.
Stayed cold.
Stayed a problem they didn’t need to solve.
If the pack saw you,
the situation escalated ..

And escalated it did. The whole pack of wolves came for both you and her. You both each grabbed one of the two wolf cub twins and ran like the wind. You eventually both ended up at a cliff. However, there was a reason why you kidnapped the cubs. They grew wings and you flew off.

After the grey furred twins flew off you were burned with depression immediately. You began to grab your chest as it sank then realize as you grabbed your shirt and tugged that it was bleeding. Your heart was literally broken.
