The internet crashed. The entire world was disconnected. The younger people had no idea how to find anything at all. The older people realized the libraries had been closed. Kubalada can up with a plan to re-connect the world.

The first step was to run the internet cable from his house all over the neighborhood. Sure, Kubalada wanted to reconnect the world but it might be better to start local. He found a cable but it only reached halfway to one house. This might be more difficult than he realized.
