I stepped through the door of the building, a small café on the corner of the street. This place has quite the reputation, I figured I’d give it a go since I was new in town.

I noticed her almost immediately. She was sitting off to the side, scribbling in a small red notebook.

How is this even possible? I had only ever seen her in my dreams. She appeared every single night, standing off in the distance of my dreamscape. Why is she here now?

She held a ruined red book in her palms, presented in a maid-like fashion. Opened, it read 'You're still dreaming, wake up.' I hadn't realized she was much closer then.
