Dr. Ratio wasn't like most people. He thought taking over the world was boring and simple-minded, yet a cliche villain would do it in a heart beat.

...and he was far from cliche. He wanted to take over minds and make them do his bidding, then it would be harder to accuse him of anything. His work was almost complete, all he needed was a test subject...then there was a knock on his door

“Hi there, I’m going door to door to canvas for Albert Garcia, are you familiar with his platform?”

Dr. Ratio smiled and invited the young man inside. They walked into the foyer and the Doctor activated his mind warping device.

"You will vote for Doctor Ratio" Doctor Ratio said as he altered the ratio of brain cells in the man's head. The man smiled and he left. Two days later Doctor Ratio was convicted of voting fraud and sentenced to death by guillotine.
