The villain knew the easiest way to take over the world was by fooling everyone into becoming sicker till they couldn't fight back.
Phase 1: Create a virus
Phase 2: Unleash it across the world
Phase 3: People let their guard down as they get a vaccine & stop masking
Phase 4: Wait

As the virus mutated and lingered, the villain's plan unfolded flawlessly. People, now complacent, ignored the rising cases and new strains. By the time they realized the trap, the pandemic was no longer a crisis—it was a weaponized tool of control.

Puppies were accused by the WHO and CDC of being the primary means of the virus spreading. The internet warred over this with pro- and anti- puppy groups fighting fiercely. Puppies were being secretly rounded up. Cats everywhere smiled and kept spreading the misinformation.

Little did the cat know , the puppies actually liked being caged up.They were fed, taken care of and the people who took them were hella friendly.. But this was classified info. The dog GOD who was still free decided that it was time to save them because ,hey, he was the dog GOD
