Someone was just murdered on the cruise ship I am on. Passengers are told to lock themselves in their cabins and await instructions. The captain speaks from the ship’s PA system, “the first contestant has fallen, only 5,132 remain.” With that, the doors all click and swing open.

Everyone heard on the intercom, “attention passengers, please remain in the same vicinity on floor two of the ship. “ So then, people started reaching to the second level of the ship so that they could be safe together. Suddenly, all you could hear was people yelling and running

The problem was that everyone on the ship couldn’t fit on one floor. Additionally, the ship was listing hard to port. This meant people running down the stairwells were tripping and falling. There was danger of a stampede below the water line.
