Featherweight flyaway

Liam and Corinna were a very happy couple. They had been together for over six years, married last year, just after their son had been born. It seemed to become a nice and quiet day. They did not know yet that their lives would change dramatically.

Their son, Thomas, was at school on this 'normal' day. Liam was at work, and Corinna was at home, for it was her day off. But then there was a knock on the door.

She glanced through the peephole before opening the door. It was the mailman and he was carrying a huge package. "Hi, I have a package for you" said the idiot dropping the mail in the floor while grabbing his balls in a nasty motion.

"I don't think I ordered any of that bullshit," she said while opening the door. "Please leave before I smash your head against the wall." The mailman whispered something filthy but he did walk away. She picked up the package, which was shockingly light.

“Ah my 50 pounds of feathers are here!” She set to work completing her giant wings. She wouldn’t have to worry about flying too high: she was using hot glue on these feathers.
