I was stuck in isolation for years thanks to the gaslighting from public health that the COVID pandemic is over & that COVID is "mild". It's not over, and is certainly not mild. It weakens your immune system with every infection, and eventually disables you. Where are the masks?

I see them disappearing from store shelves and people’s faces alike, as if denial alone could make the threat vanish. Each day, I watch as the world outside grows complacent, while I brace for the long-term effects that only I seem to acknowledge.

Suddenly a gnome’s head pops out of the store shelf and whispers “hey there fella, wanna know a secret? The long term effects are more wonderfully threat-tastic than this denial-esque world could ever know!” I gasp as my mind is sucked into a terrible vision of the future.
