  • I don my speedo and snorkel. I strap a knife in a nylon sheath to my ankle. I ease myself into the warm water. The green fish glows, seemingly in delight, and I swim behind it as it leads me out of the bay.

  • We swim past reefs clouded with gorgeous fish & sea creatures, over plains of sea grass, & finally to a gorge hidden within shadow. The fish's green light illuminates the dark enough for me to see it's brought me to a site of sunken ruins. It is Xenochtibal, the lost Azetec city!
